The 21st Annual Georgia Minority Business Awards was held on the evening of Thursday, March 29th at the Georgia International Convention Center. Brian Hooker was presented with the Revitalization and Developer of the Year Award for the Fort Mac project.

Background: The GMBA was created 21 years ago to ensure acknowledgement of stellar minority businesses in Georgia, which were not receiving the recognition they deserve. As a result, the GMBA is now the most anticipated annual business awards event among the multicultural business communities. The event unites some of the most successful minority entrepreneurs and business professionals in the state of Georgia.
